Our normal reservations timeline has been impacted by the evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. Updated information regarding submitting new reservation requests can be found below. If you would like to request catering, please complete our Catering Online Order Form once you have a confirmed date and location for your event.

The following information is applicable for events in these locations, unless otherwise noted:
- Talley Student Union, including Stewart Theatre
- Witherspoon Student Center
- Hunt Library – Duke Energy Hall and 4th Floor Meeting Rooms
- Park Alumni Center
- Carol Johnson Poole Clubhouse
- Outdoor Space – Stafford Commons, Harris Field, Brickyard, Wolf Plaza, Governors Scott Courtyard, Court of North Carolina, Bostian Lawn, Gardner Arboretum, Mary Yarborough Courtyard
Fall 2020 Events (August 1, 2020 – November 20, 2020)

We are currently accepting reservation requests for the fall semester. Requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis to determine if compliance with current event guidelines can be met. We appreciate your patience as we work through an evolving situation and adapt to new information. Please maintain communication with your assigned Event Coordinator to ensure the safety and success of your event.

Winter 2020 Events (November 21, 2020 – December 23, 2020)
We are currently accepting reservation requests for this time period. Requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis to determine if compliance with current event guidelines can be met. We appreciate your patience as we work through an evolving situation and adapt to new information. Please maintain communication with your assigned Event Coordinator to ensure the safety and success of your event.
Spring 2021 Events (January 1, 2021 – May 15, 2021)
Effective immediately, we are no longer accepting new reservation requests for Spring 2021 events in the locations listed below. We will begin accepting new reservation requests for spring 2021 events for the following locations on September 7, 2020 (this date is subject to change):
- Talley Student Union Ballrooms

- Hunt Library Duke Energy Hall – pending Hunt Early Booking approval
- Stewart Theatre
- Stafford Commons – special events only
New reservation requests for spring 2021 events for our other locations will be accepted beginning in November 2020.
If you have an existing reservation for an event in one of our priority locations during this time (i.e. Talley Student Union Ballroom, Hunt Library Duke Energy Hall, Witherspoon Student Center Cinema, etc), you will be contacted directly by one of our Event Coordinators to discuss options for your event.
